I was officially trained in graphic design and advertising but with a strong passion in art since young. The year was 2005, and the real estate was booming. The job was building relationships with partners and advertisers and to sell advertising. Or to hire more people (and deal with extra hassles and overhead related to that) and sell their time. Service business is not scalable without hiring more people.
