We weren’t ready to hire an associate yet so I offered him a summer internship. I joined GRP Partners in 2007 before they raised their current fund (we closed a $200 million fund in March 2009).

I understand the desire for hiring someone who is going to product product. When will key hires come on? Who will do that?
