Like the ability to spend X dollars on advertising and gain Y dollars in revenue or something like that. Which is similar, it has less of a SCRUM-my feel to it. Obviously anybody that’s popular, that’s some of it, but, you know, it’s not a fundamental part of your business engine. Pivotal does that.

If you think the product manager job is what’s described in a Certified Scrum Product Owner class, you almost certainly fall into this category.
