Nonprofit organizations exist in most communities and governments, businesses, and citizens support them in various ways for the overall benefit of the communities they serve. Nonprofit organizations are organized groups of people that form for the purpose of providing goods and services state and federal governments cannot do on their own.
Still, correct me if I’m wrong, but a successful start-up , and the jobs that come with it, could be what keeps NI young talent from going permanently to London, or Germany, or America. The government should not be the organiser of the community. This will all happen with a bit of leadership and light-handed facilitation.
At the PA we teach leaders the principles of purpose-driven leadership so that they can create the absolute best value for those they are called to serve.
