Do you tax a business traveler from Texas who orders TurboTax on his WiFi at Starbucks in Cherry Creek or a tourist from Oklahoma who does so from his SmartPhone while sitting on the chairlift at Vail? How can you tax those things, and would it even be worth it to try? After further thought my slightly more educated SWAG is now well over 100.
