The reason for the differentiation is that we hypothesized those who were already working full-time on their own idea would be much harder to "poach" away. While the reponses for both leaned toward more important, both had a significant number of people saying it wasnt such a big deal. 1 = Not Important and 5 = Very Important.
In this post I advocate taking a harder stand on where your product or solution differentiates in the market – even if it means you lose some deals as a result. So we did the opposite and leaned into it adopting the “Why Buy Me” strategy of seeking people out who either understood the power of LA or were persuadable.
