More than two years ago, my business partner and I discussed launching a hosted version of our ASP.NET invoicing software, DotNetInvoice. In 2009, I launched the Micropreneur Academy , a private membership community for startup founders. It's a similar process when finding a designer, developer, or any outsourcing partner.
