I now am the CEO and founder of Berri Properties in Asheville and Charlotte, NC. I combined my journalism and publicrelations expertise to create a business that helps others effectively leverage LinkedIn for results. Ironically I discovered this to be a need when I was attending job seeker networking groups.
Soon, we were getting referrals in states (outside of Phoenix, where I was at the time) and instead of telling those clients no (because I realized if I said no, they would find someone else) I flew to the different areas, reached out to my network and would hire and train sitters in those cities.
