I often get asked about finding cofounders and I usually give the standard list of characteristics of what I look for in a founder. And I emphasize the value of a founding team with complementary skills sets – i.e. the hacker/hustler/designer cofounder archetype for web/mobile apps. So I asked her to write a guest post.

For example, by making this button green, did more people click on it? That green button was part of a customer flow, a series of actions you want customers to complete for some business reason. It was actually my co-founder Will Harvey who taught me to present this data in the simple format weve discussed in this post.

Having so few products means Apple can dedicate enormous resources to each project once it gets the green light. I just spent a month and a half at Imperial College London co-teaching a “Wicked” Entrepreneurship class. Co mpanies also face Wicked problems. The team working on the Green Hydrogen got connected to the Rotterdam ecosystem and key stakeholders in the Port, energy incumbents, VCs and Tech Universities.
