He has twenty years’ experience as a CTO.
I've recently received several emails from people looking for a technical cofounder for their startup. Before you go out looking for your Cofounder, you should also be thinking about what will motivate them as I talk about in How to Hunt Programmers for Your Startup - A Field Guide. Here's an example of that kind of email.

I’ve written quite a bit about aspects of this topic, especially from the perspective of startup founders looking for talent – you can find these in: Startup CTO. What I’ve not written as much about is what to do if you are a CTO looking for your next opportunity – especially in LosAngeles.
The industry finally has one of their own at the helm of the largest YouTube network. My estimate is that the top 5 YouTube networks will do > $200 million net revenue in 2013 (after Google’s share). Our industry just took one big step towards legitimacy with the hiring of renowned media exec Ynon Kreiz to run Maker Studios.
Let me start with the obvious baseline that most people probably know instinctively: LosAngeles is the 3rd largest technology startup ecosystem in the US. Many people don’t realize that the majority of the monetization of the Internet originated in LosAngeles but was perfected in Silicon Valley. LA By The Numbers.
