For those that don’t know, I live in downtown Oakland which has been one of the protest flashpoints. Since we opened our doors, Target has operated with love and opportunity for all. Please understand, Black people are exhausted, angry, afraid, hopeful, and grieving -- all at the same time. What can you do as an individual?

Mo was graduated from Wharton, worked in investment banking, spent 6 years at IAC (including in an operational role for Connected Ventures which includes College Humor, Busted T’s and Vimeo) before joining Spark Capital in 2008. In other words, they've more than proved their plan can work--so much so that Bitwise now operates in two more cities and plans to keep growing. Jake Soberal and Irma Olguin are the founders of a company called Bitwise. They are now operating in nine States. Here's my conversation with the founders of Bitwise.

They co-founded it with former U.S. Jen is the founder and former executive director of Code for America. I live in Oakland with my husband and now my dog. We're no longer operating at the speed of government. We're operating at the speed of need in this because people are there to just do it. Digital Response.
