For example, Oregon State University Extension has a “Small Farms” portal where you can find out more about crops, grains, soil, livestock, and much more. If you’re based in Oregon and want to know more about growing blackberries, you couldn’t find a better resource. Farming used to be so much more about community.

Now that means different things to different people, but for us it’s that, you know, yes, we have a Green Room, but the speakers tend to hang out with all the regular people, and they end up talking. So even Google doesn’t know necessarily where Portland, Maine is.
