. What struck me is that the service has been around for years in NYC, and it is now getting out to some of the suburbs in New Jersey. In fact, after having done a little research, FreshDirect was started in 2002 and now 8 years later is delivering in New Jersey.

Eric, as you know, I grew up in suburban New Jersey and in suburban New Jersey, we ate a lot of Benihana growing up and I love the Americanized version of this deeply traditional Japanese meal. I think that in the world of sushi, there’s a role for Jiro, Nobu, and Benihana.
