As a cofounder you are *always* selling. Even if you’re the most technical CTO out there, you have to get comfortable with this reality. Having a cofounder who loves selling doesn’t (fully) solve for this. You can be an engineer and be great at sales. Hiring a recruiter doesn’t solve for this.
