I remember enjoying reading his book “ Delivering Happiness ,” the story behind how he led Zappos and drove it to a billion dollars in revenue before Amazon bought it. The screens were coming together and the color scheme I was using (using the primary African colors of Yellow, Green, and Red) was not bad. He loved it!

But now our hosts are really angry, and they have a huge revenue shortfall. mayor, Mayor Bowser, the governors of Virginia and Maryland. We couldn’t make them whole.
