If someone comes to you with Ruby on Rails experience, do you assume they are ignorant of SQL? This literally the dumbest, most ignorant piece that I’ve ever read about software development and/or hiring programmers. I learned C# and.NET (along with HTML/CSS/JS/SQL/etc) because that’s what they used.

Weve built Sandcastle specifically for an entrepreneur with an idea, who is not a developer. Sandcastle is a software development service for entrepreneurs. I had a look at the source code, and it was chock-full of SQL injection vulnerabilities. Doing so does not take advantage of a software developers experience.
