It’s the antithesis of the Lean Startup. Startups with huge burn rates – building leases, staff, PR and advertising – ran out of money. The Rise of the Lean Startup. You hire people too fast, you over build your products, you try to force market adoption and you do PR blitzes before your product is really ready for prime time. I have been in favor of lean development.
