Long before there was the Lean Startup, Business Model Canvas or Customer Development there was a guy in Santa Barbara California who had already figured it out. On Monday, in SanJose, near the factory, we met with UltraTech Stepper, a friendly account. The first wave of meetings was with five US customers in mid-November.
I lived through the time when working in my first job in Ann Arbor Michigan we had to get out a map to find out that SanJose was not only in Puerto Rico but there was a city with that same name in California. I’m glad to have been part of the team inventing the Lean Startup methodology.
