In brief, my own story involves a software company called RTMS in Milwaukee.   In the EU, for instance, it’s virtually impossible to dismiss anyone – for non-performance or anything short of outright theft – caught on video tape by a government certified camera operator. It was bootstrapped.   They paid $100,000 for it.
