After releasing the MVP, we work on a lean scrum to iterate based on early data/feedback until we start to see signs of product-market fit. In exchange for equity, we discount the project cost, which is already low because we offshore most of our development, by 10-15%. If we believe in them and agree on an MVP, we start building.
