3) Check the social network username site www.knowem.com to see who else is using something similar. I'd be happy to sign an nda. I, like you, do not have my website up & running, but had to begin using my name so I could begin work. I have a couple of points and resources to add. And Good luck!

A note about NDAs: 1) almost no experienced entrepreneurs/VCs will sign them (in fact, you asking them too is widely considered a sign of inexperience), 2) It’s not clear they have any real value – are you really going to spend years suing someone who signed an NDA? Have any candidate sign an NDA.

I need a good reliable developer and also a mentor to help guide me through the process. Should I require and NDA? However, i need a technical person (web developer) who can bring my vision to life. I am trying to target potential customers (web developers) with ads on Facebook but I’m getting zero click thrus.
