Maybe the CEO got his cousin from Omaha to be their lawyer or theres been some serious messing around with the cap table. You start hiring a lot of people in sales and marketing to drive revenue, and while you may still be hiring people to do real work, the weight from the top starts to push down on everything else.

If the state has budget issues, which I believe it does, and needs to raise tax revenue (which has other options available such as cutting staff, eliminating duplication and programs and implementing automation – all of which businesses have been doing for the last ~2 years), then let’s raise taxes. Moving a manufacturing facility is hard.

. – as business progressed from my “shop at home”, model, I stepped out in faith- and opened a Hunter Douglas trademark Gallery Store in Lincoln 2005- then a second Gallery Store in Omaha, 2008. . I have 3% saved to my Profit First account (8% if you consider gross profit dollars vs. gross revenue). Fast forward to 2020 .
